What is Agency Tap?
Agency Tap is an AI-powered platform that connects brands with their perfect agency partner. It allows for a full 360 discovery right through to signing the contract. Keeping it all in one place.
We also have a powerful One Off Marketplace, allowing agencies to list one off tasks brands may need.
How does Agency Tap work?
Magic. Only joking… Ai… The last time we spoke to our developers was… Magic. So yes, magic. But seriously, we use a powerful Ai Engine to connect brands with their ideal agency, we use multiple data points from both the brand’s brief and the agency’s profile & case studies. This allows us to make good decisions to ensure we deliver the best decisions.
Is Agency Tap really AI-powered?
It certainly is! The marketing folk here call it magic, the dev team call it months of hard work.
Who is Agency Tap for?
Agencies of all sizes and brands of call size! We do the legwork to ensure brands are matched with the right agencies for their requirements.
Is it free to browse before signing up?
Brands can sign up for free! For Agencies it’ll be £40.00 per month, no tiers, no silly commissions on matching. We’ve tried really hard to ensure it’s a level playing field for all, whether you are a boutique agency of 4 people or 200 – We match you based on merit, not on how much you spend!

How does the matching process work?

What if I don’t know exactly what I need in a brief?
We make it really easy to build briefs – We know that brands don’t write briefs for agencies every day, so we make it simple to guide them through the process.
Can I reuse or duplicate past briefs?
You’re welcome to use any brief.
Are the agencies vetted?
Simply put, yes. Every agency that signs up our moderation team will ensure they hit all of our criteria to be an Agency on Agency Tap.
Can I send an NDA before sharing my brief?
Yes! All through the platform – We have standard NDA’s that cover all the necessary aspects to keep you safe. They’re saved on our servers and available for you to download for your own files.
Can I shortlist multiple agencies?
Off course – We actively encourage it.
What happens if I don’t like any of the Agency matches?
While our Ai powered engine is incredibly powerful, if you’re not keen on the agencies picked out for you – you can regenerate the agency options.

How much does it cost?
We’ve kept it simple, £40.00 per month. For One Off purchases we’ll take a flat 5% commission – There’s NO commission or extra costs on matching with brands.

How often will I receive brief matches?
That’s a good question – As all of our matches are based on the highest affinity connections with the band we can’t make any guarantees. There’s ways to increase your chances of matching though, as we use all of the information you input to make connections – The more detail on your profile and the more case studies & One Off’s you create will increase your chances of matching.
What happens after I’m shortlisted?
Pop the champagne and party poppers! After you’ve finished the celebrations, it’s good to get a good understanding of the brief then reach out to the client through our in-app inbox messaging system.

How do I create and publish a One Off service?

What commission does Agency Tap take on One-Off sales?
Flat 5% meaning 95% is kept for you
Can I promote my One-Offs?
Of course! Feel free to shout about your One-Offs across your website, social or anywhere else!
What happens after someone purchases a One Off?
Please reach out to the client within 3 days of the order being processed and as long as you’ve not go any further clarifications, get cracking with the work – All monies is held in Escrow so you’re safe in the fact that you’ll be paid on time.
Payments & Billing
When does my agency subscription begin?
It’ll begin on the day you create your account and repeat monthly every 30 days for the remainder of your subscription.
Can I cancel at any time?
Off course! We’d be gutted to see you go; however, if you decide you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do it in your account settings.
Do I get a receipt or invoice each month?
Yes, you can retrieve your invoices from your account settings.
What payment methods are accepted?

How is the 5% commission collected on One-Offs?
We collect payment for the service in advance and hold it in Escrow so you’re safe in the knowledge that you’ll be paid on time for your hard work. We simply take our 5% commission when we pay you at the end of the job.
Is there a free trial available?
No, but let us justify why – We’re 100% focused on delivering as many briefs for our agencies as possible. To do that we need to be constantly marketing to brands and shouting about our amazing platform and of course our Agencies.

Off course – Everything is editable, simply visit your profile and edit your information.
How do I delete my account?
